Gentle Yoga for Adults In-Person

Relax and unwind your mind, body, and spirit in this gentle yoga class for all with yoga instructor Kim Manganelli. Slow paced, low impact movement, and stretching enables you to wind down, calm the mind, and release tension in the body. Gentle yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness and quiet reflection allows us to come away feeling more relaxed with a calm nervous system. Spiritual rejuvenation enhances your ability to relax and heal. Put your to-do-list on hold, and restore balance in this gentle yoga class with a guided meditation.

Please bring your own mat or towel. A waiver will be required to sign at the beginning of class. Registration encouraged.
