Introduction to Qigong and Tai Chi In-Person
Sponsored by the West Long Branch Library - In Partnership with the West Long Branch Community Center. Classes to be held in the Gene Van Brunt Room in the West Long Branch Community Center.
Cultivate strength, balance and flexibility through this moving meditative practice. Learn about the healer within and your innate potential to heal. Mindful, holistic exercise for overall health and well being.
All abilities are welcome. Registration is required for this program - online or call the West Long Branch Library. Reminder: Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please wear flexible close toted sneakers to maintain balance and comfort. Bring a water bottle!
