DESCRIPTION:“Monmouth ACTS in My Community” is a new initiative that 
 places representatives from the Monmouth County Department of Human 
 Services (DHS) directly in the offices of local nonprofit organizations and 
 agencies that are spread across the County – meaning help is always 
 nearby.\n\nRepresentatives from the Monmouth County Department of Human 
 Resources will provide help with a variety of assistance programs. These 
 services include SNAP\, NJ Family Care\, Medicaid and more.\n\nThe 
 representatives can provide general information\, check applications 
 status\, assist with application completion\, and connect with referral 
 sources through the Monmouth ACTS Navigation System. \n\n*All services 
 provided on a first come\, first serve basis.*\n\n***sessions will be held 
 on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 10-1***\n\nCo-sponsored by the 
 Monmouth County Division of Social Services\n\nFor any questions\, please
